DESIGN: Our Square Griddle & Pizza Steel is custom-designed for use with the Oklahoma Joe’s Tahoma Auto-Feed Charcoal Smoker, Marshal Centerbox Smoker, and Judge Charcoal Grill. Cook with the Griddle on one side of the cooking chamber and cast-iron grates or Deep-Dish Pan, sold separately, on the other side. It can also be used with most smokers, grills, ovens and stove tops.
CONSTRUCTION: This flat, rectangular 16-gauge carbon-steel Griddle is more durable, lighter than cast-iron and easy to maneuver. It heats up quickly & evenly and is easy to clean with a drainage slot for grease evacuation.
