AUTO-FEED CHARCOAL SMOKER & GRILL: Go low and slow or crank it up to high heat with 7-in-1 versatility: Smoke, BBQ, grill, sear, roast, bake or braise between 200°F to 600°F.
AUTO-IGNITION: No lighters or matches—just set your temperature and go!
COOKING AREA: Smoke or grill up to 2 briskets, 10 rib racks or 12 whole chickens on 1200-square-inches of total cooking space. You can cook meats and larger items on the 553-square-inch primary cooking grate and use the 647-square-inch upper cooking grates for indirect cooking and keeping food warm.
CONTROL PANEL: The Large LCD display makes it simple to set cooking temperature, monitor and maintain consistent temps.
CONNECTED COOKING: Control settings and monitor temperatures from a distance using the Oklahoma Joe’s app. Choose from hundreds of recipes with guided cooks, step-by-step directions, videos, how-to content and tips everyone can use.
HOPPER: At 36-inches-tall, our hopper is easier to load. The angled chute feeds fuel to the fire while the fan maintains air flow to keep it burning. With the hopper’s 16-pound capacity, you’ll enjoy up to 13 hours of uninterrupted cook time.
GRATES: Thick cast-iron grates produce a perfect sear.
FOOD PROBES: Check on your food without opening the lid and losing heat & smoke. Two stainless-steel food probes monitor internal meat temperature to cook to doneness.
WRAPAROUND SHELF: The expansive wraparound shelf provides ample workspace and a convenient place to set your tools, sauces and basting bowl while you cook.
HANDLE: The pivoting cool touch handle moves with you when opening & closing the lid and stays cool to the touch.
TOOL HOOKS: Three sliding tool hooks are included to keep the right tool for the job close at hand.
