How to Clean the Tahoma Autofeed Charcoal Smoker
1.
Ensure unit it cool.
2.
Remove grates.
3.
Remove diffuser plate and wipe down.
4.
Re-install.
5.
Open hopper and ensure it is empty.
6.
Open ash drawer and remove fire grate.
7.
Replace fire grate.
8.
Dump and replace ash pan.
9.
Close hopper.
