For the Salmon Cakes
  • 1 lbs Center Cut Salmon Filet
  • 1-2 tsp Neutral Oil
  • 4 oz. Crème Fraiche
  • 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1/2 Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
For the Butter Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 1-2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
