Remember gathering around the campfire to roast marshmallows on a stick to make smores? Now you make a whole batch of these classic melted marshmallow and chocolate treats and you don’t even need a campfire. These Smoked S’mores, grilled in a cast-iron skillet and infused with smoky flavor, taste even better than you remember.

We smoked these S’mores on our Rambler Tabletop Charcoal Grill. You don’t have to use the Rambler, but we highly recommend it. It offers portability with heavy-duty construction, a height-adjustable tray and large air dampers to create the ideal temperature and airflow.
