Shipping and freight charges are NOT refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error.
All orders placed online are processed within 3-4 business days and generally arrive in 10-15 business days (Monday-Friday) thereafter. Some smaller packages may ship via USPS. All delivery dates are subject to carrier holidays. Our carriers only deliver from Monday - Friday (excluding official holidays). Orders are shipped in as few shipments as possible. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may result in additional charges, in which case, Customer Service will contact you for approval prior to shipping.
For even faster delivery, we offer express shipment by Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service on most items. Express shipping does not expedite order processing. Express packages will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. Add $15.00 for 2nd Day Express Service or $25.00 for Standard Overnight Service. Not all items are available for express delivery (such as most grills, smokers, or other heavy/bulky items). Domestic warranty orders are shipped at the rate of $4.95 per order within the United States. For international warranty orders, additional fees will apply.
OVERSIZED SHIPPING & TRUCK/FREIGHT DELIVERY
We make the most thoughtfully designed tools you can count on with rugged, heavy-duty materials, which can get heavy. In order to ensure the best quality delivery, most Grills, Smokers, Fireplaces and Cookers require "Basic Truck Delivery" as noted on the item's information page.
"Basic Truck Delivery" items will be shipped curbside by freight carrier and unloading items from the truck is the customer's responsibility, so please plan accordingly. We suggest grabbing a buddy or two to help move and assemble your new smoker or grill in exchange for the first delicious rack of ribs. All orders require a daytime shipping telephone number which is used ONLY for scheduling delivery. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Additional charges will apply for refusals and missed delivery appointments. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for refusing or returning an item for any reason other than damage or mis-shipment. Any damages incurred on freight deliveries must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of receipt, and Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours. You may cancel truck/freight delivery items without penalty only prior to warehouse processing of the order.
Oversized shipments to Hawaii or Alaska will incur additional freight charges. Please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-318-7744 for freight quotes.
Due to federal security regulations, we are unable to ship items containing liquid to APO/FPO addresses. When ordering items containing liquid, please provide a physical shipping address.
Due to size and weight restrictions that vary by location, some items may be too large or heavy to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
International shipments will be assessed surcharges, where applicable, to recover a portion of the high cost of shipping, customs, and taxes imposed on products shipped from the U.S. into other countries.
