- AUTO-FEED CHARCOAL SMOKER: This smoker is powered by electricity and fueled by charcoal & hardwoods. A wide temperature range from 225°to 600°F gives you options for low-temp smoking, high-temp searing and everything in between.
- OKJ APP: Control settings and monitor temperatures using the Oklahoma Joe’s app. Choose from hundreds of recipes with guided cooks, step-by-step directions, videos, how-to content and tips everyone can use, from rookie to seasoned pitmaster.
- COOKING AREA: Grill or smoke on 875-square-inches of cooking space. Cook larger items on the 557-square-inch primary cooking grate and use the 318-square-inch upper cooking grate for indirect cooking and keeping food warm.
- CONTROL PANEL: Intuitive control panel with backlit LCD display makes it simple to set cooking temperature, monitor and maintain consistent temps.
- HOPPER: At 36-inches-tall, our hopper is easier to load. The angled chute feeds fuel to the fire while the fan maintains air flow to keep it burning. With the hopper’s 16-pound capacity, you’ll enjoy up to 13 hours of uninterrupted cook time.
- FOOD PROBES: Check on your food without opening the lid and losing heat & smoke. Two stainless-steel food probes monitor internal meat temperature to cook to doneness.
- TOOL HOOKS: Three sliding tool hooks are included to keep the right tool for the job close at hand.
- ASH PAN: A removable front-access ash pan collects ash and provides easy access to empty, especially convenient for long cook sessions.
- GREASE CUP: A removable aluminized-steel grease cup catches oil drippings and slides out for easy cleaning.
- SMOKESTACK & DAMPERS: Adjustable dampers on the firebox and smokestack regulate heat and smoke giving you maximum control for great results.
- WHEELS: Two large rubber-treaded wagon-style wheels make it easy to roll the smoker over any terrain. Two locking casters hold it in place.
- HANDLE: The pivoting cool touch handle moves with you when opening & closing the lid and stays cool to the touch.
