The sweetness of our applewood pellets is a beautiful compliment to fresh venison backstrap that has been seasoned with a simple dry rub and cooked to a perfect medium rare on the Rider 900 DLX.
With its built in Sear Mode, the Rider is the perfect piece of equipment to smoke the backstrap quickly and accurately before giving it a hot and fast reverse sear to get gorgeous color and flavor both inside and outside.
