How to Smoke on the Tahoma Autofeed Charcoal Smoker

1. Turn on the grill.

2. Open hopper lid.

3. Open and clear out ash pan.

4. Open damper.

5. Add charcoal.

6. Close hopper.

7. Add and light firestarters.

8. Set to desired temp.

9. Place meat on smoker.

10. Set probe temperature.
