The combination of complex Korean BBQ sauce and fire-grilled flavor in this dish is out of this world. The tender pork skewers are savory and rich with just the right amount of sweetness and heat. Just marinade the pork and pop the skewers on your grill to create a beautifully balanced, no-fuss dish.

About the cut:

Pork tenderloin is a long and narrow cut of meat that runs alongside the backbone of the animal. Tenderloin is a lean, delicately flavored meat that takes to marinades well.

This recipe was created by our partner, Byron Apple, who made the dish on our Bronco Drum Smoker, but you can make it on your grill or smoker.
